In order to apply for a Turkey visa as an Armenian or Bahamas citizen, you must apply for the visa through your nearest Turkish embassy or consulate. The process can be tricky and time-consuming, so it’s best to prepare in advance and follow the instructions closely so that you don’t encounter any problems along the way. Once you receive your visa, make sure to be careful when traveling to Turkey in order to avoid any trouble at the border!
How long will it take to get a visa?
If you are applying from outside of Turkey, it can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to process your visa. If you have already applied, have a valid passport, and need an answer regarding your application, contact Turkish embassies in Bahama Islands and Armenia directly. Depending on where you apply and if there is an issue with your paperwork, we might need to see you at our office in Istanbul before we issue you your visa. At any rate, if you don’t get a response within 10-12 weeks after applying, it is safe to assume that your application has been denied. TURKEY VISA FOR ARMENIAN CITIZENS
How much will it cost?
How much does it cost to apply for a Turkey visa as a Bahamas or Armenian citizen? The fees are based on nationality, but citizens of these countries will generally pay somewhere between $20 and $70 in non-refundable fees. It’s also possible to request multiple-entry visas; there is an additional fee associated with that process. Citizens of other countries may pay less than $20 in application fees, but most will be required to submit additional paperwork (such as photocopies) and should plan on paying more. These are just estimates—check with your local Turkish embassy/consulate if you want specifics. There are also some requirements specific to each country, so review our individual guides below before applying!
What documents do I need?
You will need to present your passport and 2 passport photos at your local Turkish embassy. You will need to fill out an application form, which you can get from any Turkish embassy. A letter of invitation from someone in Turkey is not required if you are staying with a friend or family member who lives in Turkey; however, you must still submit it with your application when applying for a visa. If you do not have an invitation letter, then most embassies will also accept hotel reservation confirmation. Your foreign spouse and children may accompany you on your trip. Children up to 18 years old may stay without getting visas; however, they must hold an international certificate of vaccination and health checkup report along with their passport photos attached together to their travel documents. Tips if applying in person (Turkey)
To apply for your Turkey visa in person, you must first download and complete all of your application materials. To fill out your application form online, visit Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) website. It is also recommended that you gather your passport-sized photos, flight tickets, and previous visas before leaving home; it may take longer to process if you arrive at an embassy without these items.
The Documents You Need For A Tourist Visa
There are two different types of visas available to the Bahamas and Armenian citizens. The first is a multiple-entry visa that’s valid for up to six months at a time and allows visitors to spend between 30 and 90 days in Turkey per entry. The second type of visa is intended only for people who plan on staying in Turkey for less than 30 days (e.g., tourists). This short-term visa allows visitors from both countries to stay in Turkey for up to 60 days at one time. To apply, you’ll need all of these documents
What Other Documents Do I Need?
If you’re a citizen of The Bahamas or Armenia, there are a few additional documents you’ll need to provide in order to complete your application. The most important of these is an authenticated copy of your birth certificate. You’ll also need proof that you have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover all costs associated with traveling and living in Turkey, including health insurance and round-trip transportation costs (you won’t be permitted to use Turkish public transport). If you don’t have these funds, your application will be denied.
