When it comes to visas, Denmark and Taiwan are two countries that come up time and time again. But what differentiates them from each other and what does it have to do with US citizens? These two countries both offer US citizens the opportunity to visit their country without obtaining a visa beforehand.

Visa requirements for Taiwanese Citizens
Taiwan is one of the countries that have official diplomatic relations with the United States. Citizens of Taiwan are able to obtain a US visa if they meet the requirements set by the US government.
There are a few things that you need to know in order to apply for a US visa. First, you will need to have a valid passport from your country of residence. Next, you will need to provide evidence that you have enough money to support yourself while living in the US. Finally, you will need to show proof that you can speak and understand English.
If all of these requirements are met, then you can begin the process of applying for a US visa. The application process can be quite complicated and requires a lot of paperwork. However, if everything is done correctly, then the US embassy or consulate should be able to grant you a visa within a few weeks.

Things to do in Washington D.C. on a short visit
If you’re planning a trip to the United States, there are a few things you need to know about the visa process. For citizens of Denmark and Taiwan, both countries are considered “visa waiver countries” and therefore do not require a visa for tourist or business purposes.
However, if you’re traveling to the contiguous US states of Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, you will need to apply for a visa in advance. If you’re traveling to any other part of the US, please check the US Department of State’s website for more information on what type of visa you’ll need and how to apply.
