Background of the Turkish Visa process

How to go about applying for a Turkish Visa
If you are a Maldivian citizen, you can apply for a Turkish visa through the Turkish embassy in Male. If you are an Omani citizen, you can apply for a Turkish visa through the Omani embassy in Dhaka.
You must have a valid passport with at least six months remaining validity. You must also provide your flight ticket, proof of accommodation, and a letter of invitation from your employer or sponsoring organization. The application fee is USD 120. The application process can take up to two weeks.

The cost of getting a Turkish Visa
The Turkish visa process for Maldivian citizens is relatively straightforward and costs approximately MVR20,000. The process includes a visa application form and a passport-style photograph. All documentation must be submitted to the nearest Turkish embassy or consulate. If the applicant is a child under the age of 18, their parent or guardian must accompany them to the embassy or consulate to complete the process.
Omani citizens have also benefitted from easier visa regulations in recent years, with the cost of a Turkish visa decreasing from OMR100,000 to OMR50,000. The Omani embassy in Male offers same-day service for applications made between 8am and 9pm. Applicants must bring their passport and valid travel documents (e.g. a visa for their destination country). A passport-style photograph is not required, but applicants are encouraged to bring copies of all documents submitted to the embassy.
